Contract Terms

Minimum contract: Essential & Growth plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. Premium & Enterprise plans require a 6-month minimum commitment.

Billing: Monthly billing, charged on the 1st of each month. Setup fees are charged upon signing.

Refund policy: All charges are final. No refunds on monthly fees or setup fees. Setup fees are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

Early termination: Cancellation before the minimum term incurs a fee equal to the remaining months on the contract.

Renewal: After the minimum term, plans continue month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the price difference will be prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle after your current minimum term ends.
Additional videos can be purchased at $15/video for Essential, $12/video for Growth, $10/video for Premium, and $8/video for Enterprise. Or upgrade to a higher tier for better per-video pricing.
After setup fee payment, onboarding takes 48 to 72 hours. This includes avatar training, voice cloning, account setup, and your first content calendar. You will be posting within 3 days.
Yes. All content created for you is yours. You own full rights to every video, script, and asset generated by our platform for your account.
Yes. All videos are created using AI technology including AI avatars and voice cloning. We are transparent about this. The content represents your expertise and brand, delivered through AI-generated media.
No. All charges are final. Monthly fees and setup fees are non-refundable. We invest significant resources in onboarding each client, which is why setup fees are non-refundable from the moment of payment.
